“The best is yet to come”
Jen Phillips, owner of Gracey Lane Collective, creates curated experiences in an intimate setting with exceptional culinary, art, entertainment and beverages for a variety of charities including Wildcoast, Surfrider and most recently the Fallbrook Food Pantry. Jen’s first curated event, “The Beauty in Things” was to help raise money for the families impacted by the Lilac Fires. Jen is also a specialty farmer who raises le petit gris during the winter season for escargot. She has developed a purging and infusion process even better than most who raise them in France. Two Michelin Star Chef Jason McLeod, used them to create Escargot Vol-au-Vent for Gracey Lane’s curated culinary event “Pure Passion”.
